“Every friend of humanity must look with pleasure on this discovery, by which one evil the more is withdrawn from the condition of man.”
Thomas Jefferson on the Smallpox vaccine, 1800
Covid seems to be in retreat, but at the Woodwright’s School, we have staff members who are immunosuppressed due to life-saving organ transplants. Every class also has it’s share of older woodworkers.
So, I can only offer classes if I can assure all students and instructors that everybody in our little classroom is fully vaccinated.
If you can not get vaccinated (I understand that there are good medical reasons for this), then please join us at a later date when the all-clear has sounded.
For now, to register and attend a class, you will need to be fully vaccinated for at least two weeks before entering the classroom.
The Covid virus is spread by breathing, and we breathe a lot at the Woodwright’s School. Masking, however, will be a personal choice for now. This may change without notice if circumstances require.
