Make A Ship in a Bottle with Jim Goodwin
This is perhaps the best organized and engaging workshop I have ever been in! Starting with making your own tools, Jim Goodwin will guide you through a sequence of varied craft techniques, from woodcarving to sewing, to create your own maritime marvel. After positioning your folded ship in the colored clay sea, you'll raise the masts and join the fewer than 1,000 ship-in-a-bottle makers on planet earth. For my part, I'm hard at work emptying the MD 20-20 bottles.
