Do you have a portable forge and anvil? Bring them with you for a weekend workshop learning to make iron dividers with noted blacksmith Peter Ross. Choosing from a range of historical examples, you’ll learn how to forge weld a basic three-leaf compass joint, how to refine the joint, and how to file the final surfaces. This is class intended for the experienced smith who already has the tools and skills to move on to this most challenging undertaking.
